ImageStream Offers New Managed Services Program (MSP)

ImageStream^® has introduced new service offerings as part of its new Managed Services Program (MSP). The new MSP provides extended warranty options, and managed services to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot ImageStream routers.

The new MSP program is the flagship of ImageStream's support offerings. It provides complete remote router management for customers who may not want to hire a dedicated technical staff or network consultant. It also provides a solution for international customers who want non-emergency technical support 24/7.

The new MSP can provide 24/7 monitoring of key router functions including link status, throughput, CPU usage, memory, and other critical operating parameters. 24/7 monitoring allows ImageStream engineers to be notified proactively of any operating issues that may occur, so they can be resolved before problems become more serious.

The MSP includes options for off-site backup, critical updates, and TTP services, as well as OSPF, BGP and Asterisk monitoring and mitigation. The MSP BGP option allows ImageStream engineers to manage BGP, monitor BGP routes, and directly engage upstream providers when responding to BGP issues. The MSP also includes options for monitoring the Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Web cache, Netsweeper content filter, QoS, and 3rd party devices. With these MSP options, ImageStream engineers can help reduce the demands on your network management team, and allow them to focus on other areas of your network.
