ImageStream Partners with Intelleq for CALEA TTP Services
ImageStream® has chosen Intelleq™ Communications Corporation as the company's preferred Trusted Third Party (TTP) for CALEA compliance. The new relationship will deliver proven CALEA compliance solutions at a discount to ImageStream customers.
The Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) was passed by the U.S. Congress in 1994 to provide law enforcement with a mechanism to lawfully intercept the communications of specific targets. All broadband service providers are required to comply with the provisions of CALEA by May 14th, 2007, and many are working with an industry-leading TTP like Intelleq to achieve CALEA compliance.
