Cisco Buy-Back Offer
ImageStream is proud to offer customers the Cisco Buy-Back Program. When you buy a qualifying ImageStream router to replace an existing Cisco router, ImageStream will buy back your Cisco gear. The Cisco router must be:
- Located in the United States,
- In good working condition, and
- A 28xx, 38xx, or 72xx Cisco router.
When you purchase an ImageStream router, let your reseller or sales representative know that you wish to take advantage of the program. You must provide the following information:
- Cisco part numbers and serial numbers,
- Output of a "show tech" command from the Cisco,
- Documentation of SmartNet coverage remaining (if any),
- Signed affidavit detailing when the gear was removed from service, and warranting that it is in good working condition.
All Cisco buy-backs are subject to final approval by ImageStream. A representative from ImageStream will provide you or your reseller with the amount of payment. Ship the gear, along with the required documentation, to our headquarters in Indiana. You will receive payment in 35 to 45 days.
