Gateway Pro^™

The Gateway Pro^™ is ImageStream's top-of-the line Intel-based router. The Gateway Pro provides standard features including an Intel Pentium III processor, 256 MB ECC SDRAM, flash storage, dual 10/100 ethernet ports, hot-swap power supplies, serial console, rear panel I/O, and 64-bit CompactPCI bus. The Gateway Pro also offers a variety of options including dual processors, redundant DC power supplies, removable flash card storage, high-speed packet processing engines, and the entire line of Pro Series network cards.

The Gateway Pro provides 2 Gbps of bus bandwidth via one 64-bit 33 Mhz CPCI bus and one H.110 telephony bus. The Gateway Pro includes five 6U expansion slots to access the two expansion buses. Each 6U slot can accomodate Pro Series network cards including 6U CPCI cards, PMC cards with PMC carriers, or PMC cards with packet processing engines.
