Support-Only Service Plan (SSP)

ImageStream developed the Support-Only Service Plan (SSP) for customers who want a fixed-cost annual service plan that provides technical support after an Extended Service Plan (ESP) has expired. The SSP provides the same level of service and the same limitations as the ESP, except the SSP is an annual plan with no hardware warranty.

The SSP provides 24/7 emergency telephone support with unlimited business hours telephone and e-mail support (9 am to 6 pm EST) in an affordable annual service plan. SSP service plans can be purchased with the sale of the router, but most customers prefer the ESP because it also extends the warranty on parts and labor.

Be sure you consider ImageStream's Extended Service Plan if you are considering a service plan to buy with a new router.
